A woman name (Monica Played by Kenyatta Rashon) Released from prison after serving 10 long years is trying to get her life back on track. She is dealing with alot resentment toward her mother because how she was treated as a child. Monica’s mother (Played by Desirae Monrow) had issues with drugs when Monica was a child causing her to miss out on alot of her daughter’s childhood. Monica thinks she found salvation in music until she learns that the industry has another set of hurdles she needs to over come.
