Everyone loved seeing Mike show us how to make his Jamaican Fish Head Soup so I decided to take him fishing! I didn’t know it was his first time ever fishing! It was opening day of grouper season, but they outsmarted us! We did catch plenty of fish for dinner including yellowtail snapper and trigger fish, and we released some sharks and jacks.
