Hey guys I just wanted to share this Tutorial on how to make my Steam Fish with Okra with You guys. As always the steps are very easy to follow and you really don’t need any kitchen experience to be able to pull this off. • Ingredients List —————————————————
• 4 snapper fish (washed and cleaned with lime)
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 3-5 sprigs thyme
• 1 tsp mixed herbs
• 1 tsp all purpose seasoning
• 1 tsp fish seasoning
• 1/4 red bell pepper
• okra (washed and chopped)
• 1 medium carrot cut small
• 1 slice pumpkin (cut into small slices)
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 scotch bonnet pepper
• 2-3 cups water
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 2 spring onions
• 1 medium potato chopped
• 1 tbs butter (to add on top fish to steam)
• 2 Tbs butter (to sauté )
• 1 packet fish tea seasoning
