Between bad luck and lack of funds, Doloreste shares how she felt hopeless about continuing her education until she won a scholarship at UoPeople. When she arrived, she did not have the proper legal status to enroll in school. From lack of funds to feeling hopeless, Doloreste then found University of the People. With a scholarship, Doloreste was able to earn an Associate’s Degree and continue on for her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Now that she has a degree and a job that supports her and her family back home, she feels she is finally able to rise up to her potential.
